About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Associate Dentist to join our private practice client. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled dentist to join a well-established dental practice and further develop their skills and career. This practice is very established within the community. 4 days a week FFS/PPO practice. $ 800.00 daily guarantee. Buy in is negotiable.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
