About The Position
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our client at this reputable dental practice in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The practice features 10 operatories and handles a mix of Fee-For-Service/PPO and a small percentage of Medicaid patients. The office is equipped with all digital x-rays, CBCT/Pano, and electric handpieces. Dentists typically earn between $250,000 - $450,000, with most falling in the $250,000 range. Procedures include exams (comprehensive, limited), fillings, crowns, bridges, simple extractions, endodontics, and removable prosthetics. The client is willing to assist in the development and training of dentists if needed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and clinical skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Educate patients on oral health and proper dental hygiene techniques
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans
