About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's team in Medford, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation package and benefits. The practice is fully digital, equipped with iTero and Cone Beam technology, and features 12 operatories. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity with a strong daily guarantee and a percentage of collections.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
Commitment to continuing education and staying current in the field of dentistry

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Conduct thorough examinations and develop treatment plans for patients
Educate patients on oral health and proper dental care techniques
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
