About The Position

The Associate Dentist will join a growing, multi-location dental practice in Nevada, working alongside senior doctors in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth. The role offers mentorship for both recent graduates and experienced clinicians, with hands-on opportunities to develop skills in advanced procedures, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, implants, root canals, and conscious IV sedation. The practice uses state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT imaging, and serves a large, diverse patient base. Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $650–$900 for the first 90 days, depending on experience, followed by 30% of collections.
