About The Position
The Associate Dentist provides high-quality, comprehensive dental care while prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes. This role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, advanced technology, collaboration with in-house specialists, and a path to practice ownership. The position is with Kensington Dental Group and PDS Health, an integrated healthcare organization focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care focused on patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Develop clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
