About The Position

The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in the delivery of educational programs and services. This includes training and managing faculty and staff, as well as monitoring and maintaining curricula to meet the needs of students and the community.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's Degree.
• Academic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Dean in developing and managing all faculty and academic staff.
• On-boarding and orienting new faculty and staff.
• Mentoring program/department chairs.
• Coordinating and providing faculty training.
• Providing campus-level leadership, management, and support for all faculty and academic staff in assigned programs.
• Assisting the Dean in developing and maintaining a campus curriculum that meets the needs of current students and the community.
