About The Position

This role includes client-facing responsibilities, as well as collaboration with KYC, Onboarding, Account Management, Business Management, Sales Coverage and trading desks, etc. This role is multifaceted and involves adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements while working with various stakeholders to optimize the client experience and meet RBC’s high standards of success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and dashboard construction
  • Expertise in designing advanced reporting models
  • Excellent communicator, excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, stakeholder management
  • Capital Markets experience
  • Relationship management experience
  • Client management experience
  • Ability to build and automate recurring management reports, data analytical mindset to identify patterns, and recurring failures
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to present findings clearly to business stakeholders and management; strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience producing clear, visually effective reports and management presentations using PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client outreach initiatives relating to regulatory communications, KYC, desk/product-specific messages to RBC’s broad client population.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to complete inbound client questionnaires sent to RBC; Questionnaires must be completed in a timely manner and ongoing communication to clients with updates is critical to the maintenance of strong client/broker relationships.
  • Member of a global Client Success Team responsible for the onboarding of clients primarily focused on onboarding requests from Canada into all RBC locations
  • Collaborate with various internal teams on projects and ad-hoc requests. (LTID, QIB, trade violation)
  • Review and comply with Royal Bank of Canada policies applicable to your business activities.
  • Maintain and update the team's testing schedule, tracking completion status, due dates, and resource assignments across all active engagements
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools to track testing completion, deficiency counts, aging issues, and remediation progress
  • Perform data analysis on control testing results to identify trends, recurring failures, and areas requiring deeper investigation
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, streamline and automate processes
  • Display strong writing skills using clear and concise language to effectively articulate results/conclusions of control testing activities to Direct Manager, Platforms, Senior Management, and other stakeholders.
