About The Position

As the Associate Outreach Leader Associate, you will serve as a key member of Hopscotch Primary Care's Outreach team, supporting patient growth and community engagement efforts across assigned clinics and territories. This role works collaboratively alongside Outreach Leaders (OL), clinic teams, marketing, and patient engagement teams to maximize community presence and support patient acquisition efforts. The Associate Outreach Leader is not a direct report to the OL; however, the two roles work closely together to align outreach activities, coordinate territory coverage, and support shared growth goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with seniors and community organizations, coordinating events, and helping patients navigate healthcare access in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
