About The Position

ShopMy is looking for a Concierge Associate to join our Creator Experience team. In this role, you'll provide high-touch, proactive support to a curated cohort of creators — helping them maximize their presence on the platform, link more effectively, and grow their earnings. You'll work closely with Account Managers to execute on creator strategies, surface opportunities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a role for someone who takes pride in the details, moves with urgency, and understands that excellent execution is what turns creator potential into real results.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in creator support, customer experience, operations, or other execution-focused roles
High level of organization, with the ability to manage recurring tasks across multiple creators
Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliable, accurate execution
A proactive mindset — you surface opportunities and flag issues without being asked
Clear, professional communication; you keep the right people informed and follow through on what you say you'll do
Resilience and persistence — when creators push back or situations get complicated, you find a path forward rather than accepting a dead end
Genuine curiosity about how creator content drives commerce and how execution connects to monetization
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and quick turnaround matters

Nice To Haves

Experience in a creator-facing, talent, or client services role is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize creator shops, ensuring links and content are accurate, current, and performing
Proactively identify and share linking opportunities with creators — monitoring their content and surfacing relevant products
Flag creator momentum, tier progress, and potential issues to Account Managers in real time
Support creators through responsive, professional communication, including during high-priority moments like sales events and product launches
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align on priorities, share what you're seeing, and ensure your work is supporting their strategy
Identify and escalate recurring issues that may impact creator growth or platform experience
Champion process improvements and adopt new tools quickly — you're always looking for ways to work smarter
