About The Position

Medpace is seeking candidates with a PhD and/or postdoctoral research experience for a full-time, office-based Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) role on its Clinical Trial Management team. The aCTM works with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to carry out clinical trial management activities. The position is suited to candidates who want to apply their analytical and academic skills to clinical project administration and management.

This is an opportunity for recent PhD graduates to receive foundational training, work in an international environment, and develop a career in research and development of therapeutics. The role includes an intensive training period and is intended for candidates who show the desire and aptitude for an accelerated path into Clinical Trial Management.

Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences.
• Fluency in English and solid presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry within an international team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities, working closely with the Project Coordinator and Clinical Trial Manager.
• Deliver recurring tasks on time and consistently with a high degree of accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system.
• Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Manage and perform quality control of the internal regulatory filing system.
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
