About the position
As an Associate Client Success Manager at Madhive, you will be responsible for implementing and managing campaigns for new and existing clients. Your role will involve being the main point of contact for clients, working closely with sales teams to ensure a positive experience, and collaborating with internal operations teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful campaign execution. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance, provide insights and optimization strategies, answer customer support tickets, and contribute to the development of new product features. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the evolving TV advertising landscape and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Setup, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot OTT campaigns in MadHive's DSP
- Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and insights to make proactive recommendations
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout campaign duration
- Review campaign reports, success metrics, and discrepancies
- Partner with internal teams on campaign progress
- Research audience targeting data segment requests from the sales team
- Act as an internal liaison for sales reps
- Attend all relevant meetings
- Stay updated on the future of TV and OTT viewership
- Collaborate with fast-moving teams internally and externally
- Identify support trends to inform future product features or requirements
- Distill client and stakeholder asks into clear KPIs, performance objectives, or tangible tasks
- Answer client support tickets and help scale the support organization through measurement and automation
- Have an understanding of programmatic and digital media campaigns, particularly in the OTT/CTV advertising environment
- Possess knowledge of digital advertising technologies
- Have strong communication experience with internal and external parties
- Pay high attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Work independently and autonomously within a collaborative team environment
- Have Google certification or other digital certifications (encouraged)
- Have experience in a client-facing, customer success role in the digital marketing or programmatic advertising space, preferably in the OTT/CTV environment
- Have experience managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing platform-based media campaigns in DSPs, Social Platforms, or SEM Bid Managers
- Hold a BA/BS degree with relevant coursework
- Be data-savvy with strong Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)
- Be able to convert data into actionable items and tell a story
- Have strong communication skills (listening, spoken, and written)
- Possess technical acumen to troubleshoot ad requests and ad responses
- Have an interest in or experience with OTT streaming video, avid streamers (a plus)
Requirements
