About The Position
As an Associate Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for using knowledge of systems and business strategies to help maximize productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities will include analyzing systems and assisting with business administration activities for select tools/applications. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, basic system analysis, basic configuration and setup of assigned applications and supplementary programs, maintenance of configuration for applications, and assisting with testing upgrades as needed.
Requirements
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a production support environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

- Internship or early career experience in application support or development

Responsibilities
- Assist with sessions with business users and technical teams to capture business objectives, metrics, and requirements for requested system or product enhancements
- Analyze a current business system and help make recommendations for improvement
- Provide basic configuration, permissions/security set up and maintenance for business system
- Evaluate and document current processes and configurations
- Create, modify, and test basic application configuration changes based on user feedback and organizational changes
- Work alongside Software Engineers, Application Administrators, Users and Team Members to configure and integrate application software
- Stay current on knowledge of relevant technologies
- Participate in efforts to implement new business applications as well as new releases of tools/applications
- Assist with proof of concepts for new business system tools and features
- Assist the team with troubleshooting/finding root cause of application issues, testing, and creating business system specific project documentation as needed
- Provide L1/L2 support for fulfillment systems including WMOS, WCS, Integrations, shipping, and logistics platforms
