CCH® AnswerConnect, a flagship platform, is a research tool leveraging Expert AI to provide fast, accurate, and expert-vetted tax research. It combines generative AI with trusted, proprietary content to deliver precise answers, support multi-state research, and streamline workflows for tax professionals. As an Associate Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a crucial bridge between the IT development group and business units, performing business analysis, technical research, and software development activities under the direction of senior technology leaders. This role provides exposure to enterprise systems, modern engineering practices, and emerging AI-driven solution frameworks. You will collaborate with software architects, developers, and business stakeholders to document workflows, analyze existing applications, and contribute to the development and testing of software and automation solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Recent Computer Science graduates with a passion for modern tech and problem solving along with some experience with Python, and AI engineering are welcome to apply! In this position, you will report to the Manager, Product Software Engineering and work a hybrid schedule (2 days from the office, 3 days remotely).
