About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Associate Business Performance Manager to lead market performance across our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US. This role serves as the central hub for assessing market dynamics and delivering actionable insights to our Marketing and CS&P teams - driving competitive growth and unlocking new opportunities. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills. You’ll be part of the newly formed Business Performance Team (BPT), reporting to the Business Performance Manager. The BPT also oversees Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM), with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in CS&P, Marketing, Finance
  • Strong Analytical Skillset with fluency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel
  • Comfortable using data throughout aspects of the role, turning insights into strategic thinking and ideas
  • Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate monthly performance review meetings with Beauty & Wellbeing leadership, sharing internal and external business drivers, year-to-go (YTG) plans, and spotlighting key opportunities and risks.
  • Lead monthly share reporting and support performance analysis for our five core brands, delivering executive summaries and strategic recommendations to brand teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to ensure our Hair Care and Skin Care brands are positioned to win.
  • Support 6P analyses and competitive deep dives to inform brand strategy.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Brand, Finance, CMI, and MMC teams to align on business drivers and build a cohesive narrative for the BU Leadership Team.
  • Lead meetings with cross-functional team members and drive decisions to achieve one common goal.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to prepare inputs for key activities, understand business drivers, and build the narrative for the BU Leadership Team.
  • Influence team members to develop creative solutions when things go off-course, resulting in a different way to deliver the objective.
