About The Position

Dominion Energy is seeking an Associate Business Performance Analyst to join their team. This role involves preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial case studies for business processes. The analyst will define and develop performance metrics, improve data collection processes, and ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include identifying better work and business processes, developing cost/allocation and cost/benefit programs, systems, and models to support business strategies, and implementing automated methods to track workflow and performance efficiencies. The role also requires performing varied analyses and preparing reports of an economic, business, and engineering nature. The company offers a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking).

Requirements

• 0-2 years or relevant experience in a directly related field.
• Planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
• Analytical skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Oracle p6 scheduling software and Microsoft Power BI.
