An integral member of the Institutional Distribution team, the Associate, Business Development acts as a central resource to source and support new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in the investment management industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and a desire to make a positive impact in our growing team. This role will have exposure to and interact with several key stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Business Developers, Client Portfolio Managers, Marketing and Sales Enablement. The Associate will also be responsible for compiling research on prospective clients, competitors and industry trends and should have strong knowledge of the institutional asset management landscape. Please note, the Associate, Business Development, is not a client-facing role.
