About The Position

This is a key execution role in our Regional Marketing, Brand team in North America. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager and agency partners to deliver integrated activity across PR/influencer, owned channels (CRM/web), events/experiential, and sampling. The team is busy, the work moves quickly, and success comes down to two things: ownership and getting the details right.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand, integrated marketing, events/experiential, PR/influencer, digital or closely related work.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Real brand event execution experience (conference/tradeshow experience is a must-have).
  • Ability to write strong briefs.
  • Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders without needing hand-holding.
  • Comfortable in remote, asynchronous working environments.
  • Takes accountability personally and sees things through.
  • Closes loops and does not let small details slide.
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to connect dots across teams to keep projects moving.
  • Strong day-to-day judgment (when to decide, when to escalate).
  • Treats time, budgets, and brand assets with importance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the PR/influencer agency to keep creator vetting, product seeding and approvals on track.
  • Ensure press or product sends go out cleanly.
  • Build clear briefs for CRM/web and email activity.
  • Line up sampling orders and vendor timelines.
  • Maintain budget trackers, spend, and invoices.
  • Execute practical event logistics, including booth setup, inventory, and samples.
  • Coordinate across paid media, shopper marketing, sales/commercial, and HCP counterparts for events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador onsite at events to ensure brand consistency.
