Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in brand management or marketing with emphasis on CPG
  • Strong ability to communicate in brand tone
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and retail execution
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing related field preferred
  • Experience in food & beverage, or coffee category
  • Familiarity with retailer.com ecosystems (Walmart, Albertsons, Kroger etc.)
  • Exposure to shopper marketing or omnichannel campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data

Responsibilities

  • POS and Panel support across SPINS and Numerator for consumer driven decisions
  • Support execution of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across consumer touchpoints
  • Assist in developing and deploying brand assets and messaging
  • Supporting general marketing activities as needed
  • Lead digital marketing support across retailer platforms (e.g., PDP content, sponsored product, offsite display)
  • Coordinate shopper marketing initiatives to drive conversion and visibility
  • Identify, coordinate, and execute brand partnership opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external partners to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Track and manage the brand marketing budget
  • Ensure efficient allocation of spend across initiatives
  • Assist in evaluating ROI and performance of campaigns
  • Work closely across all functions to help manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives
