The Associate Brand Manager is a highly organized, brand-first operator responsible for executing brand initiatives from concept through launch and into market. This role supports the full product lifecycle: NPD → what we are making, GTM → how it goes to market, Campaign → how it shows up to the world. This role plays a critical part in bringing brand strategy and new product development to life through execution—ensuring alignment across teams, consistency across touch-points, and excellence in delivery. Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, this role partners closely with Growth, Paid Media, Retention, Social, E-commerce and Operations teams to ensure all initiatives are executed on time and at a high standard. Success in this role is measured by executional excellence, strong cross-functional coordination, and the ability to translate strategy into well-executed brand moments.
