About The Position

Accel Therapies is hiring an Associate Behavior Therapist for a center-based ABA position in Plano, Texas. The therapist delivers one-to-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis principles, supporting children with Autism in developing meaningful, practical skills. The role includes collecting data on each goal using technology tools and collaborating with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs. The company emphasizes ongoing learning and a structured career progression system with five BT levels, promotion opportunities every three to six months, objective advancement criteria, and the opportunity to earn up to $5 per hour in raises over 21 months, reaching up to $29 per hour. This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is based at the Plano center, and applicants should be comfortable commuting to that location.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be available full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Have reliable personal transportation.
Be reliable, communicative, and eager to learn.
Be playful, patient, and positive.

Experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Collect data on each therapy goal every day using the company’s technology tools.
Teach children meaningful real-world skills, including communication, self-care, and social skills.
Work collaboratively with Program Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Continue learning and developing as a therapist.
