About The Position

Accel Therapies is hiring an Associate Behavior Therapist for center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Boise, Idaho. The therapist delivers one-to-one sessions to children with autism, teaching meaningful real-world skills such as communication, play, and daily living skills. The role includes collecting data on treatment goals, collaborating with Program Supervisors and BCBAs, and continuing to learn and develop as a therapist. This is a full-time position with required availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, based on experience, education, and credentials. The company describes a five-level BT progression system, promotion opportunities every 3–6 months, and potential raises of up to $5 per hour over 21 months, with earnings up to $29 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Have reliable personal transportation.
Be reliable, communicative, and eager to learn.
Be playful, patient, and positive.

Experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy.

Responsibilities
