About The Position

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one, in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician implements personalized behavior plans, collects data, supports skill development, and works compassionately with families. The company provides entry-level training for candidates without prior experience. The role involves travel to clients’ homes and offers flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend scheduling. A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

• A heart for working with children and a passion for supporting families affected by Autism.

Nice To Haves

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is considered in determining pay.
• Prior experience is not required; entry-level training is provided.
