School-Based Behavior Therapist For Autism (ABA)
About The Position
Accel Therapies is hiring an Associate Behavior Therapist to support children with autism in a school-based setting in Nampa, Idaho. The therapist delivers one-to-one sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), teaches meaningful everyday skills, and tracks progress and goal data using the company’s technology tools. The role involves collaborating with experienced Program Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), while continuing to learn and develop as a therapist. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, based on experience, education, and credentials. The company describes a five-level BT progression system, with promotion opportunities every three to six months and potential raises of up to $5 per hour over 21 months, reaching up to $29 per hour through progression.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be consistently available Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Have reliable personal transportation.
- Be reliable, communicative, and eager to learn.
- Enjoy working with children.

Responsibilities
