About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you represent the brand and its culture by welcoming clients and providing attentive, friendly service. You use banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences, build trusted relationships, and share product knowledge and solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through account servicing, new account opening, client education, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment by providing attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
