About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients find solutions to support their financial goals. This is a part-time position of 30 hours at the Ben Hill Griffin & Miromar branch in Estero, Florida.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and waiting queues, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
