About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by creating welcoming, memorable experiences for clients through attentive service and the use of banking solutions and financial technology. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

This is a part-time position for 20 hours at the Greer Branch in Taylors, South Carolina.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and politely, understand and assist clients, and anticipate their needs.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment by providing attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
