As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You will contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. By sharing product knowledge and solutions, you will help clients work toward their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment through attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
