About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create strong client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The position is part-time, scheduled for 30 hours, at the Rohrerstown Road branch in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, which is identified as a new build. Responsibilities include greeting clients, helping manage lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening accounts, assisting with everyday transactions and digital banking, and supporting branch operations while following applicable policies and requirements.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
