As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and its culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients find solutions to meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch colleagues to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
