About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the company's brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role supports branch success through client service, account servicing, new account opening, technology education, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients about day-to-day banking transactions and assist them with self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
