About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The position involves welcoming clients in the branch, assisting with account servicing and new accounts, educating clients about banking transactions and digital self-service tools, and carrying out branch operations. The role requires compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients as they enter the branch and create a welcoming environment through attentive, friendly service.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions to help clients pursue financial goals.
- Partner with branch team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
