About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, friendly service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. You share product knowledge and solutions to help clients work toward their financial goals.

This is a part-time, 20-hour position at the Euclid Lakeshore Branch in Euclid, Ohio.

• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and effectively.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
