About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through account servicing, new account openings, client education, and branch operations.

This position is for 20 hours at the Westminster Shopping Center Branch in Westminster, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and technology-based self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
