About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, welcoming service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, supporting everyday banking transactions, educating clients about digital and self-service options, and carrying out branch operations. You must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, friendly service; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking transactions and explain technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
