About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create memorable client experiences. You will contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, providing account servicing and opening accounts, assisting with day-to-day transactions and digital banking options, and performing branch operations. The position requires compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Employment offers are contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries, as required under Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and deliver seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
