About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, welcoming service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The position is listed as 30 hours and is based across multiple locations in the Central Palm Beach Broward Area.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
