As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
