About The Position

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator centered around Omaha, Nebraska. The coordinator represents Auction.com at live real estate auctions, traditionally held on courthouse steps, by conducting, co-hosting, and otherwise participating in events. The role involves interacting with bidders, completing tasks and processes needed for successful auctions, and educating customers about how to participate. The position has no office-based work environment and includes travel to auctions in surrounding areas. Training pay is $20.00 per hour, with incremental increases after successful positional training as skills, proficiency, and responsibilities develop, up to $30.00 per hour. Hours average 10–15 per week but fluctuate and are not guaranteed; each auction day typically requires 2–4 hours.
