About The Position

This role is ideal for attorneys who want to eliminate administrative burden, gain access to consistent, high-value clients, and scale their practice within a team environment. It is a full-time (W2) position, offering a transition opportunity for solo practitioners. The role provides full administrative and operational support, integration into a growing litigation and advisory team, and a clear path to Senior Counsel / Practice Leadership.

Requirements

• Currently running or part of a solo/small practice
• Seeking transition to structured firm environment
• Strong defense-side experience
• Comfortable handling matters independently

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation and advisory matters
• Handle Wage & Hour claims
• Handle PAGA matters
• Handle EPLI defense
• Advise business clients on compliance and risk
• Review and Draft Employment Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements and HR Documents
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Collaborate internally across departments
