About The Position

Kelley Kronenberg is hiring an Associate Attorney for its Commercial Litigation team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The attorney will work on active matters from filing through trial, as well as support commercial transactions and entity formations. The role includes direct client interaction and collaboration with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory work.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in commercial litigation or similar areas is preferred.
• Prior experience in commercial litigation or transactional work.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools for case management or document drafting.

Responsibilities

• Work on active commercial litigation matters from filing through trial.
• Draft motions and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research that informs case strategy.
• Prepare documents for commercial transactions and entity formations.
• Interact directly with clients and communicate complex legal analysis as clear, actionable advice.
