About The Position
Yepremyan Law Firm is seeking an experienced California Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in a fully remote position. We are looking for an attorney with strong deposition experience who is comfortable taking applicant, witness, and expert depositions and handling Workers' Compensation litigation matters.
Requirements
- Active California Bar license
- California Workers' Compensation experience
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
