Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience representing banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions.
• Experience representing lenders in single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, collateral documents, pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documentation.
• Proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Independent thinker that demonstrates commitment to client service.
• Desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
• Member of the Massachusetts bar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with venture debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, second lien or mezzanine financing.

Responsibilities
