About The Position
Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate to join the private equity group. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. Requirements
- At least four years of broad corporate experience
- At least second chair mezzanine debt or private equity experience
- Admitted to the state bar of their office location
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SBIC funds is preferred
