About The Position
We are seeking a new Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in Insurance Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of matters in our growing Virginia Beach, VA practice.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Insurance Defense
- Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.)
- Active Virginia License
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Employment Law and/or Healthcare Law.
- Experience with environmental and/or construction Litigation.
- Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
- The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred.
