Requirements

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Strong writing, organization, and client-facing communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years experience preferred (PI, civil litigation, or insurance defense)
• Bilingual Spanish
• Filevine familiarity is a plus (we can train)

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-suit negotiations and litigation strategy
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
• Attend mediations, hearings, and case conferences
• Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately
• Conduct jury focus groups to build trial strategy
