About The Position
An outstanding, full-time position has become available at a highly reputable law firm near the Pembroke, NH area for an Associate Attorney with a background in Estate Planning. This position would be working closely with churches and low-income families to provide low-cost state-of-the-art estate planning services to the community and would earn a generous base salary along with great benefit options including dental, PTO, and travel reimbursement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning legal services is a MUST
- Experience with Wills, Estates, Probates, Trusts, Power of Attorney (POA), etc. is a MUST
- Current bar admission in one of the following states (NH, VT, ME), OR able to obtain bar admission within one year, is a MUST
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated passion for OR prior experience in providing legal aid for lower income families is a BIG PLUS
