About The Position

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for an Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation to join their growing and well‑respected firm. Our client is known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to maintaining a manageable workload while delivering high‑quality legal work. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands‑on case ownership, meaningful client interaction, and exposure to a diverse range of civil litigation matters within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience or exposure to real estate disputes, business partnership conflicts, or trust and estate‑related litigation preferred
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Licensed to practice law in MN
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates
