- Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related area with expertise in at least one of the four following areas: clinical/counseling, statistical/experimental techniques, social, or developmental psychology.
- Experience teaching at the college level, in environments with student populations of diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities

- Engage students in undergraduate research
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees
