Associate Application Analyst-Epic Patient Access
About The Position
The Associate Application Analyst supports and assists in managing assigned applications within Temple Health. The role participates in application projects, helps meet project deadlines and goals, and learns to develop new features. It also involves testing and implementing vendor releases and system upgrades, and assisting with resolving system issues. The analyst provides basic technical and functional application analysis, helps define system requirements, and assists in developing logical data models. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and Temple University Health System (TUHS) stakeholders to learn about system functionality and assist with configuring new features to increase user productivity within the application. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a related role, with the ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently.
- General experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- General experience in healthcare IT.
