The Associate Analyst, Strategic Sales will identify the scope of new opportunities to understand the design and solution that best meets customer specifications. This role will coordinate with internal teams and customers to consolidate data for new and existing business in planning of RFPs. The analyst will analyze business insights and create business reports for senior and executive management, presenting executives with reports, statistical data and metrics concerning lost business, new opportunities, onboarding status, etc. The role involves analyzing customer bids and processing obligatory information in the RFP, supporting the bid management process and managing the pricing agreement renewal process. Reviewing documents to understand and capture specific operational, administrative and proposal requirements, and facilitating material preparation for executives on customer proposals are key functions. The analyst will coordinate with internal teams as needed to support customer requirements and proactively manage pricing requests from partners and direct sales in all ENGIE Resources service areas to properly prioritize and ensure complete and accurate setup for on-time delivery of pricing proposals. Preparing timely and accurate standardized reporting, analysis and communication to support leaders, researching and interpreting financial and statistical data from a variety of databases for presentation to the sales team, and submitting customer proposals for evaluation are also part of the role. Providing next steps comments for executive leadership showing the status of bid/renewal workflow on a weekly basis and updating the expected revenue, as known, are also expected.
